Why parents love it

A teepee works because it gives children a space that feels genuinely theirs — enclosed enough to feel private, open enough to stay safe, and large enough to actually use. At 170 cm tall with a base diameter of 120–130 cm, this one is built to the scale that makes that work. Children can stand up inside it, sit comfortably with a friend, and still have room for books, toys, and the general chaos of imaginative play.

The five-wall pentagon base is what separates it from most teepees on the market — a pentagon is inherently more stable than a square base and creates a larger usable floor area for the same height. The 180 cm pine poles slot into sewn fabric tunnels and are rounded at the tips, making the structure solid without sharp edges. When play is done, the whole thing packs flat into its cotton carry cover and stores in a corner or travels outdoors without fuss.

What age is this teepee suitable for?

The teepee is suitable from approximately 3 years. At 170 cm tall with a base diameter of 120–130 cm, it's sized for children who can move around independently and get in and out safely. It remains genuinely useful well into the primary school years — the interior is large enough for two children to sit comfortably, and many children continue using a teepee as a reading or calm-down corner until age 8 or beyond.

Why is this teepee more stable than others?

Most teepees use a four-wall square base. This one uses a five-wall pentagon base, which is inherently more stable — a pentagon distributes the load more evenly and resists tipping from the sides. The 180 cm pine poles slot into fabric tunnels sewn at the base of each wall panel, which locks the structure in place rather than relying on tension alone.

What is included in the set?

Every set includes the teepee tent, five pine poles (180 cm), and a cotton carry cover for storage and transport. There is also a built-in pocket inside the teepee for storing toys, books, or small treasures. The mat is not included — it is available separately.

What is the teepee made from, and is it safe for children?

The fabric is 100% cotton, certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 — meaning it has been independently tested and confirmed free from harmful substances. The pine poles are solid wood with rounded tips and are placed inside sewn fabric tunnels, so there are no exposed sharp ends. It contains no synthetic fabric components.

Can this teepee be used outdoors?

Yes. The teepee is suitable for indoor and outdoor use — garden, terrace, or beach. The cotton carry cover makes it straightforward to transport. Always ensure the fabric is completely dry before packing it away after outdoor use.

How long does assembly take, and are any tools needed?

No tools are required. Assembly takes around 10 minutes. Connect the poles at the top, insert them into the fabric tunnels, tie the string at the top to hold the poles together, and shape the base. The poles are rounded and the tunnels are pre-sewn, so the structure goes together without fiddly parts.

How do I wash the teepee?

Machine wash the fabric panels at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Allow the fabric to dry completely before storing or reassembling — damp fabric stored in the cover can develop mildew. Wipe the pine poles with a damp cloth rather than submerging them. Keep the teepee away from fire or high heat sources.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock teepees ship within the standard delivery timeframe. Because these are handmade in Poland in small batches, if your chosen design is not immediately available, production may take between 2 and 22 working days before dispatch. Delivery time will be confirmed at checkout.

Is a floor mat included?

No — the mat is not included in the standard set. A matching round floor mat is available separately and pairs well with the teepee for added comfort during longer play sessions.
