Tiny Tugz™ delivers across the European Union with fast, reliable fulfilment from our EU-based warehouses. Selected products are also available for delivery to the United Kingdom, subject to supplier and warehouse availability.

Shipping costs are calculated transparently at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your cart. You only pay the exact shipping rate linked to your order. No hidden handling fees.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days within the EU and 4 to 10 business days to the United Kingdom. Where available, parcels may be delivered to a secure local pickup point for added convenience.

If something is not right, you are protected. In line with EU consumer law, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover all return costs and issue a full refund, including the original standard shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping, and refunds are processed promptly once the item has been received and inspected.
