The inner layer that touches your baby's skin is cotton carrying OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, a recognised standard for textiles independently tested free from harmful substances. It is soft and breathable, chosen with delicate newborn skin in mind.

What is the outer made of?

The outer is ribbed corduroy from the Aesthetic line. It gives the swaddle a soft, textured feel and a timeless look. The skin-contact layer is the cotton lining described above.

What age is it suitable for?

It is designed for newborns from birth. The compact 65 x 35 cm size is made to wrap a small baby snugly during the early weeks and months.

Can I use it in a pram or car seat?

The larger bear-ears swaddle is bigger and more padded, with a structured foot section, which suits outdoor and pram use in cooler weather. Is it safe for sleep?

The lining is cotton certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. As with any swaddle or wrap, please follow current safe-sleep guidance, keep the sleep space clear, and supervise your baby while they are wrapped.
