Which TOG do I need?

Match it to the room. 0.5 TOG (Light) for warm rooms above 24°C, 1.0 TOG (All-Year) for an average room around 20 to 24°C, 2.5 TOG (Warm) for cooler rooms around 16 to 20°C. Always check baby is not too hot or too cold.

What is the difference between the swaddle bag and the plain sleeping bag?

The 2-in-1 Swaddle & Sleeping Bag is for newborns: armhole snaps let baby sleep arms in (swaddled) and convert to arms out once rolling. The plain arms-out Sleeping Bag is for after the swaddle phase, from about 3 months, with a bell-shaped bottom for healthy hips.

When do I switch to arms out?

As soon as baby shows signs of rolling. On the 2-in-1 bag, the armhole snaps convert it.

What is it made of?

Organic cotton with a little elastane for stretch, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified and gentle on sensitive skin. This warm version adds a soft cotton fleece lining. Made in Estonia.

What should baby wear underneath?

Adjust to the room: a short-sleeve bodysuit in a warm room, a long-sleeve one in a cooler room. Never add loose blankets in the cot.

Which size should I choose?

Sizes follow height: 50/56 for 0 to 3 months, 62/68 for 3 to 6 months, 74/80 for 6 to 12 months, 86/92 for about 12 to 24 months. The neck opening should be snug enough that baby's head cannot pass through.

Is it safe, and can I use it in a pram or car seat?

Use it in a cot only, not for car-seat harness use. Switch to arms out once baby can roll, and stop use if the bag is damaged or your child can climb out of the cot.
