How do I wash the teepee?

Machine wash the fabric panels at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Allow the fabric to dry completely before storing or reassembling — damp fabric stored in the cover can develop mildew. Wipe the pine poles with a damp cloth rather than submerging them. Keep the teepee away from fire or high heat sources.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock teepees ship within the standard delivery timeframe. Because these are handmade in Poland in small batches, if your chosen design is not immediately available, production may take between 2 and 22 working days before dispatch. Delivery time will be confirmed at checkout.

Is a floor mat included?

No — the mat is not included in the standard set. A matching round floor mat is available separately and pairs well with the teepee for added comfort during longer play sessions.
