Uncoated (Natural Wood): treat with oil, varnish or paint of your choice before use to protect the surface.
Oiled or painted finishes: may carry a mild natural oil scent for 1–2 weeks. Wipe with a dry cloth at first; after two weeks, a lightly damp or non-alcoholic cleaning cloth is fine. Re-oil occasionally to refresh the finish.
Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and standing water to prevent warping or fading.

What age is the Corner Shelf – 2 Shelves good for?

It's designed for toddlers just starting to walk and reach for their own toys. The lower shelves stay within toddler reach at any shelf count, so the unit keeps working as your child grows.

Does it arrive assembled?

No — like all One Little Pine shelving, it arrives flat-packed with the necessary hardware and clear, illustrated instructions included, and goes together at home, typically in well under an hour.

What is it made from, and is it safe for children?

It's made from solid, FSC®-certified wood. You can choose it uncoated (Natural Wood, for DIY finishing), with a clear natural oil finish, or with shelves painted white and the frame clear-oiled. All coated finishes are non-toxic, 0% VOC oil or water-based paint certified for children's toys.

How do I clean and care for it?

If you choose an oiled or painted finish, a dry cloth is enough at first; after a couple of weeks you can use a lightly damp or non-alcoholic cleaning cloth. If you choose Natural Wood, treat it with your own oil, wax or paint before use, then care for it the same way.

What warranty does it come with?

One Little Pine backs it with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Does it need to be anchored to the wall?

At 27 cm tall it's low and stable, so wall-anchoring isn't required, but it's still good practice in homes with climbers or if it will be moved often.

All Corner shelf sizes share the same 60 x 60 cm footprint — only the height changes with shelf count — so you can pick 2, 3 or 4 shelves to suit the space and start small, then add a taller or additional unit later.
